Choosing the Right Calling Plan
Choosing the right calling plan is simply a matter of matching your needs to the offers of different carriers and choosing the best fit. However what if you dont have a history with a cellular provider to base your decision making on? Well guide you through the process and show you how to use our calling plan worksheet.
To get started were going to need some information about your calling habits. As stated if you already have a cellular provider, just look at your last 3 6 months of bills, to determine an average. If you are new youre going to have to make some estimates.
Assessing Your Calling Patterns
- How many calls do you expect to make during the peak hours of the day?
- How long do you estimate each call will be in minutes?
- How many calls do you estimate you will make at night?

- How many calls do you estimate you will make on the weekend?
- How long do you estimate these calls will be?
- How many long distance calls will you make in a week?
- How long will the long distance calls be in minutes?
- How many calls do you expect to make outside of your local calling area (roaming) per week?
